Outside my window…
is a gloomy and wet day. We initially planned to tag along with TGL who will be working today and have a mall-date with MLS but instead, I decided to stay home and blog. Let’s see if the weather will be better once TGL is off from work.
I am thinking…that my meditation has been helping me in staying positive.
I am thankful for…good health and my boys.
From the kitchen…unwashed dishes and some defrosted meat waiting to be cooked.
I am wearing…my new purple pants and a gray cardigan.
I am creating…entries here nonstop!
I am reading…just my morning devotional prayers. No time to read books lately.
I am hoping…for the biggest blessing we have been waiting for to come middle of this year, at the most.
Around the house…MLS is playing Minecraft Xbox and chatting nonstop by himself.
One of my favorite things…all of my Victoria’s Secret body butter and lotions hee hee.
A few plans for the rest of the week…Hmmmm, haven’t planned anything yet except to work and perhaps upload our Disneyworld photos in FB, FINALLY!

Back to running at least 5k 2-3x/week and so far, this is not bad for my 1st 5K run. Oh and I lost a couple of lbs already. I know that Zumba alone cannot rid off the 10lbs, I had to add running to my cardio list. Have a good weekend everyone!

I have an excuse, February was such a short month and so I’ve been caught up with life! Not to mention that TGL turned 36 this month and MLS was rushed to the emergency, he was so sick this month. Some viral flu. Can’t wait for Winter to be truly over!
Anyhoo, here goes my list: (+ kennedy half dollar we invested this month!)
Every year, I make sure to sacrifice something that I really REALLY like or takes most of my leisure time (or say holding off to buy jamhub or stuff obsession) as my Lenten Sacrifice. This year, I chose to give up Instagram for 40 days. I have been so attached to this social networking app that giving it up would mean more time with God. Surprisingly, it was an easy sacrifice so I wanted to do some more.
I’ve been thinking long and hard what I can give more. Then, it dawned on me that for the longest time, I have been trying my best to be the Proverbs 31 woman especially now that I get so burned out with the many roles I do as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, colleague etc… So starting today, I will make a conscious effort to be the Proverbs 31 woman, my lifetime icon and hopefully inculcate her habits for the rest of my life.

Oscars has always been my February highlight. I’m just extremely glad that dear TGL enjoys watching it with me. I am no critic nor do I am an expert on fashion but I just love compiling my own best-dressed list. Then, there were a lot of online discussions why people are now loving JLaw over Anne Hathaway. Seriously, I used to really really like Anne Hathaway but I guess after hearing her speeches and interviews, I would remain to be her fan as an actress. But I have to admit that Jennifer Lawrence’s personality is growing on me. Now, that says a lot about my change of heart with Anne Hathaway. Curious? Watch this!
